The village of Cazenovia Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Patriot Enterprises development on Chenango Street at 7:30 p.m. today in the village's Municipal Building, 90 Albany St. (For those of you who may not know, this is the brick building immediately west of the public library).Patriot Enterprises is seeking to develop about five acres on 20 acres owned by Ernest and Marilyn Koglmeier, of Chenango Street. The Chenango Crossing development would have 26 homes on the five acres.
