The village planning board has delayed making a decision on Chenango Crossing's requested zoning change, and ended the public comment period. The board is expected to make a decision on the zoning change after completing a State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) report, perhaps as early as its next meeting in December. The village board of trustees will then vote at its subsequent meeting (January at the earliest) on the approval or rejection of the zoning change request.
