An Erieville woman is suing Madison County and its highway department, claiming that Eatonbrook Road is constructed in a way that forces water runoff on to her property. The woman claims this has led to a weakened foundation through water saturation and expansion from freezing, and she claims it has led to mold which in turn has caused her and her daughters to develop asthma.
