The Cazenovia Winter Festival, complete with new fluffy white snow and perfect winter weather, started yesterday and continues with events througout the village and town through Sunday.

Thursday, February 9th:
7:00 - 9:00pm --- Artist's Reception
St. Peter's Parish Hall- The community is invited to join us. Reception for artists participating in the Winter Festival Art Exhibition.
7:30 - 9:00pm --- Community Band Performance
This event will be held in the Cazenovia High School Auditorium.

10:00am - 4:00pm - Winter Festival Art Show
St. Peter's Parish Hall
5:00 - 6:00pm --- Civic Appreciation Award
The Lincklaen House - Annual Volunteer Award Ceremony and Reception, sponsored by the Cazenovia Republican.
5:00 - 7:30pm --- Germanfest Dinner
St. Peter's Parish Hall- Tickets can be purchased at The Key, Cazenovia Fabrics, or at the door.
5:30 - 8:30pm --- Delicious Desserts
Cazenovia United Methodist Church- Sponsored by the Cazenovia United Methodist Women
7:30 - 9:30pm --- Winter Festival Talent Show

Cazenovia High School Auditorium - Annual Community Talent Show, Sponsored by the Lion's Club. All tickets are $4.00 and are available at Common Grounds, Cazenovia Jewelery, and at the door. Proceeds go to help fund student scholarships.

Lakeland Park- Snow soccer, relays, snowball throwing contest, sled race, and more!
6:00 - 10:00pm --- Winter Festival Ball
Burton Street Elementary School Gym- a 6-7 lesson from the Arthur Murray Dance Studio and an exciting dance showcase at 8:30. Join us for Ballroom to Latin and Country Dancing! Tickets are $10.00 per person or $5.00 with student ID. Call 662-3121 or send an e-mail to nancyh1-at-usadatanet.net for tickets. Tickets will also be sold at the door. Refreshments will be served. Proceeds to benefit the Cazenovia Winter Festival.
