Dr. Bob Johnson, a surgeon from Watertown, spent yesterday kicking off his congressional campaign in cities across central and northern New York - from Oneida to Plattsburgh. Johnson says he is running for a variety of reasons, one of which is his belief that all Americans should have adequate health insurance coverage.
