Alltel phone service is now "Windstream"

Alltel, the local telephone company that serves Cazenovia, sold its land-line business to another company over the winter. The new business will be known as "Windstream", though everything else - contact informaiton, accounts, hours of operation, services offered, etc. - will remain the same. Customers should see the new name on their bills soon.
