Today is the last day for public comment, and the continuation of the hearing, for annexation of the Stowell, Enders, and CPF properties on Route 20 from the town to the village of Cazenovia.
In other news on this topic, the Cazenovia Preservation Foundation had a letter published in today's Republican explaining CPF's financial and historical considerations in the deal.
Also, many residents are opposed to either the development or the pace of annexation, and have circulated - both online and door-to-door - petitions calling on the town and village not to annex the property at this time.
