James Coufal provided the following message to the Pilot; I hope the owner of the dog gets in touch with Mr. Coufal:
Today, April 19, there is a slighter larger than Beagle sized dog (white, speckled) in our yard (near Bingley Rd) all day . He is wearing a blue harness, yellow computer chip tag and looks well cared for. We have tried to approach the dog to secure him and contact the owner. Unfortunately, the dog will not let us get that close. We are very concerned for this dog and would like to reunite with his anxious owner.
