According to a sign posted on the door of the restaurant, Nirchi's Italian Grill will open to the public on Monday, July 23. Their menu is also posted, and features a variety of salads, pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers, and pasta dishes. The posted prices were moderate - about $5-$9 for sandwiches and about $9-$14 for entrees.
For the record, they do have a chicken spiedie sandwich, and as a former resident of the Southern Tier, I look forward to trying it. Good luck to Nirchi's!
