Cazenovia Developers Plans Riverside Drive Senior Housing
UPDATE: The developers in question are noted as Scott Shannon and Ed Green in this article about the Cazenovia apartment, retail, and park project. The article provides more details about the scope of the project and the financial and municipal considerations.
"[A] developer" (the story doesn't say who) is planning to build a senior apartment building and park in the space on Riverside Drive formerly occupied by the town highway garage. I don't know anything more about this story. Does anybody?

Right now all it takes is 5 minutes of heavy rain to wash a big plume of silt into the creek from the brownfield. I'd like assurances that the fishery will be protected during all this construction.
I wonder how Riverside will be "realigned to meet Albany St."?
