New village trustees Amy Mann and Peggy Van Arnam will be officially sworn in to their two-year terms tonight.

The village board will also hold three public hearings beginning at 6:45 p.m. The first two deal with Cazenovia College development, and the third is on whether to allow the village justice to live outside the village.
