Per the Syracuse Post-Standard in an article about Penn Traffic’s assets and obligations:
Its real estate interests include corporate headquarters, valued at $600,000, and stores in Fulton and Cazenovia worth $1.7 million each. A store in White River Junction Penn Traffic only has a $2,583 claim upon.

More on the possible takeover of Penn Traffic’s supermarkets (including, presumably, Cazenovia’s P&C):
Documents submitted this morning in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., show the committee of unsecured creditors has accepted Tops’ offer of $85 million for all of Syracuse-based The Penn Traffic Co.’s assets, which include 79 supermarkets mostly in Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.

United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 1 Frank DeRiso said Tops’ bid will exceed the two bids made by Price Chopper and an unamed bidder being represented by a group of liquidation specialists.
“This is clearly the best benefit for all the workers at Penn Traffic, including the warehouse,” DeRiso said.

Unnamed sources say that Buffalo-based Tops Markets has offered $90 million to buy Penn Traffic, the owner of P&C and two other small grocery chains. The offer reportedly includes all 79 Penn Traffic grocery stores and other assets.

The Penn Traffic Co. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and will sell all or most of its assets, including its three supermarket chains: P&C Foods, BiLo Foods, and Quality Markets. Penn Traffic, the Syracuse-based parent company of P&C Foods (the only supermarket in Cazenovia) has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. It is seeking to sell all of its stores and other assets.
