I got to thinking the other day about the dining choices we have here in Cazenovia. I have occasionally fantasized about opening a restaurant, but I know nothing about the business and I can’t cook. I just know what I like – which I guess makes me better suited to be a critic. So I wrote down quick thoughts and a rating for all of the places we have to get a bite to eat. I am very interested in your opinions, too – where do you agree, where do you disagree, and what did I miss?
