The village of Cazenovia, at the request of concerned citizens and downtown business owners, is taking several steps to try to alleviate the problem of parking in the village.

Updated 1/21/2009; Summary as follows:
- Nirchi’s Italian Grill closed in January 2009.
- Kimberly’s Ice Cream Factory closed in 2008; its Manlius location (Route 92 at Enders Rd) is still open.
- Stone’s Throw has been removed as they aren’t open regular hours as a restaurant with a separate menu from the Lincklaen House and Seven Stone Steps.
- Common Grounds no longer exists as a coffee shop and has been converted to Dave’s Diner.
- I’ve found Great Wall disappointing lately and noted this.

I am very interested in your opinions, too – where do you agree, where do you disagree, and what did I miss? If you find this kind of thing interesting, I also reviewed the Syracuse beer scene for MaltBlog.
