The Cazenovia village board is finalizing zoning changes.

Under the new zoning, one family dwellings, residential accessory structures and home occupation limited uses will be allowed without a special use permit. Restaurants, offices, motels or hotels and home occupations would be allowed in the now undeveloped Village Edge South area.
